Data security
Retenzo uses Firebase/cloud infrastructure and encrypted network connections for data transmission. Access to data is controlled through the application's authentication and database rules.
Data encrypted in transit: Yes.
Data sharing
Retenzo does not sell personal information. Data may be processed by infrastructure and service providers necessary to operate Retenzo.
UPI/payment transactions are completed through external payment applications or payment systems; Retenzo does not process or facilitate the payment itself.
Account deletion — customers and merchants
Customers and merchants can delete their Retenzo account at any time directly from the Settings/account section of the app. No approval from Retenzo is required.
For customers
- Open the Retenzo app.
- Open the Settings/account section.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion when prompted.
For merchants
- Open the Retenzo merchant app.
- Open the Settings/account section.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion when prompted.
Retenzo does not keep or retain any of the deleted account's data after deletion.
