Account Deletion
Delete Your Retenzo Account
Customers and merchants can permanently delete their Retenzo account from the Settings area of the app.
CUSTOMERS
Customer account deletion

Open Retenzo Settings
Open the Retenzo app and go to the Settings/account area.

Select Delete Account
Tap the Delete Account option.

Confirm deletion
Confirm the deletion request when prompted.
MERCHANTS
Merchant account deletion

Open Merchant Settings
Open the Retenzo merchant application and go to Settings/account.

Select Delete Account
Tap the Delete Account option.

Confirm deletion
Confirm the deletion request when prompted.
What is deleted?
- The Retenzo account associated with the deletion request.
- Associated customer or merchant account information.
- Associated loyalty, reward and transaction-related account data maintained by Retenzo.
- Other account data associated with the deleted account, subject to lawful retention requirements.
Retenzo's account-deletion policy: account-associated data is deleted when the deletion is completed. If information must be retained by law or for another lawful purpose, it may be retained for the period required for that purpose.
